Short Sale Eastvale

 As a local resident of Eastvale of over eight years, I love serving our community.  I've been here though the good times and the bad.  I've seen our city blossom into a wonderful community where people respect each other and enjoy their surroundings.  Unfortunately due to circumstances that are out of our control, the values of our homes have come down over 50% from the peak of the market.  Along with our state's economy, several home owners found themselves struggling to make ends meet and continue making their mortgage payments.  This lead to a wave of foreclosures that attributed to the sudden decrease in value.  

 To offset these troubling times, several loan modification and short sale programs have been introduced to use to aid homeowners.  To not drag this on for several pages, I'll get right to my feels about loan modifications.  I feel that if you are in a tough spot and need to modify, you would be better off, long term to do a short sale.  I made some videos to illustrate my point.
